Not a controversy because I think asking questions from other people when you can just depart out and get the lore yourself is pretty idle. Rather this is a discussion to help augment our general cognition about Metabolism and in what way important it is to understand it when it comes to diluting for drug tests. I’m no expert… I’ll just share my thoughts and ideas and if I’m wicked correct me.
If you’re like me, substituting just isn’t very possible because I take two piss tests a week with a dude standing behind me. I’d rather just dilute. One thing I will decide about dilution is that you be able to’t smoke wrecklessly and endeavor to dilute the day before thinking everything will have existence cool. It’s more like a lifestyle. You have to meet it at least half way by abstaining. I’ve actually stopped smoking but I dont want to tarry 1 - 1 1/2 months for my system to be clean on it’s allow so I’m diluting. Since I wont be smoking I think dilution is the great for I will only have to translate it until my system is naturally clean.. and I habit be reintroducing somewhat new THC into my fertile.
But I effect think it’sitting unfair to talk more about dilution techniques and how to keep your urine rectitude and to not talk about metabolism which is really the other half. I dont want this to sound like a gym class, but in essence that’s what it will sound like
Ok enough rambling. ONCE AGAIN CORRECT ME ON ANYTHING IM NOT RIGHT ON. I’M NO EXPERT JUST HUNGRY TO SHARE IDEAS W/ MY FELLOW BRETHREN AND LEARN MYSELF.
BASICS: Test dont test for THC but-end the sooner the by products of THC once they are broken down in the system. THC is stored in the fat and is released at constant rate.. a rate that is regulated by metabolism. To get THC exhausted of your fat faster you increase your metabolism. Vice Versa is also true. Now what matters is not what is in your fat on the day of the piss test but what is in your blood/urine. When anything is burned out of your fat it goes to the blood/urine so if you excercise RIGHT before a test you’re actually sending more ‘THC’ to your piss. The idea is to get that balance between a high metabolism to burn THC fast and abstaining from whatever will increase your metabolism the daytime in the van of or day of a test and focusing upon the body diluting your actualy urine. There is a adhesive put on DILUTION up top so there is no be in want of to consider that.
Alot of the community think not eating fat’s pleasure help them reduce fat.. but it doesnt act like that. The protein from those fats are actually what help fuel your metabolism to work. That side by side with complex carbs.
Meal Frequency affects metabolism. Just remember everytime you eat metabolism goes up. Eating 4-5 balanced meals a day is good. If you skip meals your body goes into fat storage mode which when trying to burn fat is not the sort of you want. Right before the test you want fat to have existence stored up and not going to the blood/urine so based on these facts maybe skipping some meals the day before and the day of the test might aid. Maybe metabolism doesnt react to your actions that fast. Experts chime in!
Since meal frequent occurrence affects metabolism you definitely want to eat breakfast because during be thoughtless is the longest time your body should go with out food. Waiting to 12 or 1 to eat isnt weal.
Staying hydrated AT ALL TIMES is important, not becaue of the dilution factor (because yes then diluting it only matters what you take a drop too much right before the test) but 70% of all bodily functions take place in water.. not having enough water in your theory slows along the course of all bodily processes.
As far as working out goes doing real basic, steady, aerobic excercises really doesnt do much to increase metabolism. You want intense interval training(walking then running afterwards walking again, alternating betwen high and low intensity) and even lifting some weights bequeath help. Muscle tissue is important in speeding up metabolism also.
Anyway Im done I have feeling like a gym teacher. I just want people to be able to educate themselves so they can answer their own questions. At the end of the day YOUR height, weight, genetics, eating habits, and lifestyle affect your metabolism and nobody can really answer the questions "Im 5′8 160 pds and I smoke 5 times a day.. how longing do I have to cease from?" Just learn about Metabolism, THC metabolites and by products, urine entireness and form your own classification to beat THE SYSTEM. Sorry I went on so long. PEACE
