All new hires in Lewis County direction should be subject to drug testing, according to any appointed panel that made a presentation to Lewis County commissioners at their regular meeting on Monday in Chehalis.
Headed by Harry Green, the Lewis County risk superintendent, the panel also determined about 60 “safety sensitive” jobs, including the entire sheriff’s duty, to be subject to wandering drug and alcohol testing.
Green declared that in 2009, 50 percent of those 60 employees will be drug tested, and 10 percent will be tried for alcohol.
The new program will cost the stroke of $6,000, according to Green.

I’m strange in the present life. I just have a few questions about a drug test I will be captivating next tues. I am male, 5′10", 180lbs, 29 yrs old, medium build, average to high metabolism, haven’t worked out much lately. The test is part of a pre-employment physical by reason of a job. I MUST pass this standard or my career force of will be ruined encircling here and I will have to move or find a recently made known career path. So I am pretty stressed relating to it. This is so OBVIOUS a ploy to begin to desnsitize the younger generation to government intrusion. Those who dress in’familiarily see this or refuse to acknowledge it are only fooling themselves. The rest of us are at a loss as to what to do about it. Voting is a portentous thing but when the choice is only for 2 people who have war agendas (just with different enemies) we are pretty much sunk. CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Kanawha County schools will randomly drug test teachers, principals, coaches, school aides and other employees, hinder school board members voted 4-1 to approve a new acumen Wednesday.

The federation filed the lawsuit in federal judicial tribunal Tuesday. They say the Parish is treating their teachers like criminals, for no reason.
Right now any teacher that is injured is required to undergo drug and alcohol testing before perception a doctor. Carnell Washington, President of the EBR Federation of Teachers says there’s no reason for the policy and that’s why they’re suing.
Four teachers require been forced to submit to drug tests, all came clean. Washington says forcing teachers to take the tests sends a clear message. "It says to me, that I’m not a professional."
School Superintendent Charlotte Placide didn’t have much to recite about the lawsuit.
